〔心を込めてすること〕 devotion; dedication; one's (whole) heart; 〔努力〕 (an) effort; exertion; diligence; industry; assiduity; close application; the sweat of one's brow; 〔苦心〕 pains; painstaking care.
~する 〔心を込める〕 be devoted to…; devote oneself to…; do sth with devotion; put (all) one's heart into…; 〔努力する〕 make an [a strenuous] effort; exert oneself; take (great) pains; apply oneself (closely) to….

●庭の木を丹精して育てる grow [tend] a tree in the garden with great care [devotion]
